Speaker’s Bios

Following retirement from the U.S. Military, David served as a consultant in Washington DC.  David also has experience as a small business founder & owner, licensed real estate broker, and residential builder.  He is a proud follower and servant of the Lord Jesus Christ and has spent all his adult life, and most of his youth, in Church ministries. 

He believes America is the greatest country in the world because founded on Biblical principles.  David and his lovely wife, Susan Baugh, have made Tennessee their forever home and they founded East Tennessee Conservatives to build an every-growing army of Biblically-minded, constitutionally-rooted patriots who engage the culture and politics to ensure, with God’s blessing and grace, America’s greatest days are ahead of us.  To that end, East Tennessee Conservatives is proud to partner with other grassroots organizations as a part of TCGC, as we promote and protect Faith, Family and Freedom. 

Professor Clements now applies his experience to the realm of elections. His advocacy has led to audits and canvassing operations being implemented across the country, with some efforts resulting in elimination of election machines that facilitate fraud.

Mr. Cobble is an Attorney & Counselor at Law, and owner of Cobble Law Firm, a law firm. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education at Pensacola Christian College (Florida) in 1983 and he received his legal training by earning his J.D. from Regent University School of Law (Virginia) in 1996. In between these two degrees, he also earned a Master of Art degree in Education from Tusculum College (Tennessee). In 1986, Mr. Cobble was selected as one of 16 educators from hundred of applicants in a 5-state region to participate in a unique master’s level program, whereby upon completion, he was named a Stokely Fellow by the University of Tennessee, an honor recognizing his outstanding contributions in the field of liberal arts education.

Mr. Cobble has served as an affiliate attorney with a number of first amendment organizations such as The Rutherford Institute, the National Legal Foundation, the Christian Law Association, and the American Center for Law and Justice. He is a member of the Federalist Society and the Christian Legal Society, as well as being a former member of the American Trial Lawyers Association. He has been named as a Life Member of the National Registry of Who’s Who and as a 2000-2001 member of National Register’s Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals.

He serves as corporate counsel and/or trustee for dozens of local, state, and national businesses, non-profit organizations, and for-profit corporations.

State Representative Monty Fritts is serving his second term as the Tennessee State Representative serving House District 32, which encompasses parts of Roane and Loudon Counties. Monty’s passion in politics is centered upon a defense of our U. S. and Tennessee Constitutions, an embrace of our liberty, and an advancement of our Christian values.

He holds a BS in Business and Chemistry and MA in Theological Studies from Liberty University, an MBA from the University of Tennessee Knoxville, and a Certificate of Leading Operations Excellence from MIT.

Monty is a U.S. Army Veteran of the Iraq War. Hr is also a life member of the Society of the First Infantry Division, VFW, American Legion, DAV, TN Firearms Association, and the NRA.
He and his wife, Denise, own Covenant Broker Real Estate and are members of the Tennessee and National Associations of Realtors.

He and Denise have two sons and three grandchildren. They are members at First Baptist Church Rockwood and are supporters of Life Choices Medical Center.

Kimberly Glow MD, MPH, has been a board-certified physician for nearly 30 years.  She has held various positions in the medical field and has worked across a wide variety of disciplines. She’s had experience working in research, HIV/STD clinics, juvenile detention centers, school-based and vocational-based health centers, university health clinics, women’s health and community health collaboratives.

She became disenchanted with the medical profession when her own health began to fail, and she wasn’t given the respect, attention, or answers that she deserved.  She went in search of a better way and discovered functional and integrative medicine 15 years ago.

She holds advanced training and/or certifications in functional and integrative medicine, homeopathy, energy medicine, yoga and breathwork, shamanic medicine, soul purpose coaching, peptide therapies, weight loss, ayurvedic medicine, sound medicine/vibrational healing, advanced nutrient therapies, and functional nutrition.

She is the CEO and Medical Director of Kimberly Glow MD, PLLC, a telemedicine practice devoted to the care of women who reside in Colorado, Florida, Illinois, and Tennessee.

She believes in truth, integrity, medical freedom, and health sovereignty. She encourages her patients to be their own healer and believes in the innate healing wisdom of the body.Her goal is to be the type of doctor who she has always wanted for herself. 

Kathy is a Senior Advisor for the Nationally run Election Integrity Network begun after 2020 by Cleta Mitchell, a former Trump legal advisor. She is also the co- chair of TN Fair Elections.  Kathy assists EIN, with coalition projects and comes with a wealth of experience working with State officials and grassroots advocates across the country.

Dedicated to election integrity, her efforts have addressed increased concerns of ordinary citizens while offering solutions through education, and legislative processes. Kathy has travelled across Tennessee and has participated in national conversations to equip and empower other election integrity advocates to develop critical relationships at the state and national level that are imperative for meaningful reform. Currently, Kathy leads two National Working Groups which are developing model policy to leverage unique achievements, solutions and ideas from leaders across the country.

Brandon Lewis is no stranger to conservative politics and has worked on U.S. Senate, U.S. House, State & Local Races in Tennessee as a paid political and fundraising consultant. He is the author of “How to Raise Money for Political Office” and his writings have appeared in Campaigns & Elections Magazine. 

Lewis is the founder and publisher of The Tennessee Conservative, the Volunteer State’s largest conservative news publication & podcast, dedicated to fighting the leftist media in Tennessee while holding Republicans accountable to remember their conservative campaign promises. 

In his paying “day job,” Lewis works with hundreds of small business owners across the nation to make them more profitable through group coaching, done-for-you business systems, digital services and purchasing group facilitation. 

In his free time, Lewis enjoys camping, physical fitness, music, friendship and attending Calvary Chapel. He is married to his amazing, stunning wife Kristin and has two smart, beautiful girls; Sylvia, aged 12, and Ruby, aged 6.

Dedicated to justice and freedom, Pastor Artur Pawlowski is a Polish Canadian evangelical street preacher and political activist. Through his ministries, including King’s Glory Fellowship and Street Church Ministries, he has brought hope and inspiration to millions. Despite facing multiple citations and arrests, Pawlowski emerged as a prominent champion of freedom during the COVID-19 crisis, mobilizing protests and rallies across Canada.

He and his wife, Marzena, currently live in Alberta. Their three children enthusiastically support their father’s work and serve the Lord, as well.

Pastor Ken and Valencia Peters started Covenant Church in 1998 in Spokane. Starting with only his wife and parents, Pastor Ken spent the next 22 years establishing and serving Covenant Churches and Covenant Christian Schools in Spokane and Moses Lake, WA.

In 2020, Pastor Ken felt called by the Lord to plant Patriot Church in Knoxville, TN.

The Peters family also leads a Pro-Life Organization called VOICE where Worship and Prayer Services are held regularly at Planned Parenthoods in WA and TN.

Dr Denise Sibley is a Tennessee Medical Freedom doctor who was censored for treating COVID. She worked to get Ivermectin available without a prescription in Tennessee, which was the first state to do so. She also worked to get the first state ban on geoengineering. Dr. Sibley is currently serving as the Chair of East Tennessee Freedom representing 7 counties.

Howard Vlieger is a third-generation family farmer who has been a “student of the soil,” studying how and why the soil works as it does, since 1989.  Howard lives on the family farm where he was born and raised in northwest Iowa, he assists his son with some of the duties on their diverse, regenerative family farm. They direct market Beef, Chicken, Eggs, Lamb, Pork, Turkey, and Dairy products.
